1. Product Quality and Materials
At GivingGarceCo, we pride ourselves on sourcing sustainable and eco-friendly materials. Many of our products are made from bamboo, known for its durability and minimal environmental impact. We encourage you to explore our bamboo collection, which offers a stylish and sustainable choice for your wardrobe.

2. Preorders
We offer preorder options for select items to ensure you have access to our most popular pieces. Here are the guidelines for preorders:

- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of preorder.
- Estimated Delivery: Each preorder item will have an estimated delivery date indicated on the product page. We will keep you updated on any changes to this timeline.
- Cancellations: Preorders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible due to production commitments.
- Returns: Preordered items are eligible for return or exchange only if they arrive damaged or defective. Please refer to our return policy for further details.

3. Shipping and Handling
- Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.
- We offer standard shipping as well as expedited options at checkout.
- Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 2 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached). 

Refund Policy

 

At GivingGraceCo, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns to be used toward future purchases.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

Preorder Items: Due to their custom nature, preorder items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Personalized Items: Products that are customized or personalized (e.g., engraved or hand-embroidered) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Store Credit Eligibility

 

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for store credit.

Requests for store credit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• If we are having issues with shipping from our supplier (ie shipping delays, back ordered items, etc) we can only offer store credit as this out of our control.

6. Turn- Around Time:

Our Turn-Around Time (TAT) is as follows: TAT for preorder items does not start until the day after the preorder date. TAT for RTS items is 11-14 business days. If at any point during this time period there is anything that we want youy to know, such as delays, you will recieve an email from us.
